Ownership: All code, designs, brand assets, and proprietary logic displayed on this Website are the property of the Company.

AI Demonstrations: The Website may feature previews of AI-generated content (e.g., from Lucia or PawScore). These outputs are generated by algorithms. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding AI-generated outputs—including accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement—and shall not be held liable for any offense or error caused by such technology.

Prohibition: You may not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", or "spider" to access or copy content, nor may you attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI prompts or software logic.

4. RELATIONSHIP TO PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS This Website serves as a corporate showcase and portal for various software products and services.

Separate Agreements: Your use of specific applications (including but not limited to LifeArk, PawScore, and Lucia) is governed by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA) or App Terms of Service presented at the time of account creation or download.

Precedence: In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the Product-Specific Terms, the Product-Specific Terms shall take precedence regarding your use of that specific application.

5. USE OF THE WEBSITE & WAITLISTS

Accuracy of Info: By joining a waitlist, you agree to provide accurate and current contact information.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECTA:
